It's a challenge! But these travel packing tips will help. You'll be glad you packed light and right when you are hauling your luggage through Tube stations in London. (They don't all have elevators.) Or when you are trying to change trains in Germany. (Where did they put the escalator?)

Packing Light ?
What does that mean? Can you take 2 suitcases or 3? Packing Light means packing only what you really need and what you can carry if you have to tote your bags up a flight or two of stairs. Packing Light gives you a lot more freedom and flexibility. What should you take?
Travel Clothes,
of course, but what kind? How many?
What is Packing Right? This means packing the appropriate kind of clothes and
accessories
for your particular trip. What you pack will be different depending on whether you are planning on attending the opera or climbing a mountain.
