I recently travelled to Greece and was able to get wonderful help from the concierge service attached to my American Express Card. They booked flights on small Greek airlines and told me when a flight was cancelled. They helped me book a hotel to overnight at the airport and arranged for a substitute flight the next day. They researched info about spas on the island of Kos, got ferry schedules between islands, and information about tours of Ephesus.

The service was prompt and courteous. I could not have made the trip without them. I suggest that you investigate similar resources attached to your credit cards.
